I’ve been a paying customer for almost 3 years. Unfortunately I lost my job and had to skip payment for 45 days until I got on my feet again. I spent 4 hours on the phone yesterday and almost 2 more hours today. Unfortunately I had to start the process all over and wait 90 days to get coverage. After all I have paid in with no claims, I feel like I’m being screwed. Extremely disappointing!
