Awful awful company. Customer service is shocking. Staff give conflicting information. I was told I would have to pay £7.50 to refund for each card even though it was on the 2 week cancellation period. I was told I would receive a refund in 7-10 days. It has been 6 weeks.
Avoid this giftcards at all costs!!! Do not make the same mistake I made!!!
