AVOID, after 4 months of TRYING to spend online, I applied for a refund ! 2 months later, 16 emails and weekly calls to customer services, 4 uploads of utility bills and my driving licence and to the cost of £7.50 , still no refund ! I'm not giving up, will see if the waiver of the £7.50 as a gesture for my troubles materialize
1. Why hasn't this company been investigated or even shut down
2. Why do massive companies like Tesco, Argos, John Lewis associate with this rip off
3. Cash is king, let's stop lining somebody else's pocket
