We received a one4all gift card last December. When we tried to register, it didn't go through. Then I phoned the customer service. They tried to help me without any success. Since then I called them several times. Every time, they say the same thing. I still can not register my card. Once they asked me to send copies of all my identity documents (passport, driving license etc by email) I sent them. They said they received it and it's all fine But, they closed the case saying that the matter is resolved! Shocking, really shocking! The reason for 1 star is that there aren't any 0 star selection here.
