And secondly get away with charging a fee, not just for the shea fact they exist but because I enquired for a Ballance of which was gifted to me! When you buy a gift card for x amount you expect that person to receive a gift card loaded with x amount to spend when they want on what they want without been charged just because they didn't use it the instant they received it! 90p off x the entire sum of my card present =£o.oo left!
