I was gifted a card that was worth 50 GBP however the card would decline at every store in Ireland. We assume the reason was that it wasn't in euro. I call customer care and they asked me to reach out on other customer care contact info. I was given the solution to return the card to the person who gifted it (which was very disrespectful to me) or get it transferred to my bank account with a hefty fee of 7.5 GBP. I agreed to even that but the money never reached my account. My case number is 323105. I asked to transaction details and was manipulate several times and also sent away with never ending deadlines. But no money. This company is a joke or rather a scammer. Not to forget the endless struggles on the till to pay through the card. True the gift card is not a gift but a torture card... Gift them to those you hate
