Absolutely disgusted with this company, I have four gift cards & have struggled to use them both online & in-store at various shops. Most recently at TK Maxx who said I needed to find out how much was on the card before I used it. I have now downloaded the app and two of my cards aren't able to be uploaded due to an error. On my other two cards, I have noticed that I have been charged a card management fee every month which has pretty much wiped out my balance : ( All cards are still valid but by the expiry date I’ll have no credit left - how can this be allowed?! My employer uses these cards as a reward at work, however I am going to seriously warn them of this sneaky stealing company!
