The most useless company and very unhelpful bunch of customer service staff. Never will I use them again or ever recommend them. My £150 is still with them for over a year and they have promised to have posted a card to my home address when I requested for a swap from the virtual online voucher. Each time I cannot, they will ask me to wait for 7-10 days, they made me miss the item I wanted to use the card to purchase for my holiday. It not a nice experience and once I finally receive the card and I spend my money I never want to hear about them!!!! Worst company to have ever dealt with for nearly 60 years of my age!!!
