Absolutely DISGUSTING. My husband was given this gift card on his retirement. He went to spend it today card declined. Called customer service to be told no money on card as spent in John Lewis Solihull on 7th April. We live in Essex and if they decide to reissue card we have to pay £35. What part of FRAUD DONT THEY UNDETSTAND. FUMING
