Never arrived. Really poor customer service. Asked for replacement cards said would be despatched that day and arrive within a week. A week later I get an email saying it will be despatched today and will take 7 days. Called to query and told it was due to internal delays. Asked for a refund and that will take 7 days. They have had my money for 3 weeks and ive had nothing in return. No one has apologised for delays. No one cares. better off not bothering. I've now given both my long serving employees, who these were for, a Tesco voucher. AVOID AVOID AVOID. It really is pretty much a scam to hold your money for a prolonged period.
