The call handler that I first spoke to was so helpful, calm and really kind. He told me exactly what I needed to do, how long I would need to wait and what would happen next. He offered to stay on the line until I was happy that I knew what to expect. I was told exactly when to expect recovery by another follow up very helpful call handler. The breakdown driver couldn't have been more efficient. He arrived 30 before the estimated time. Compare to the service I have previously received from other breakdown services one call were first rate. Thankyou.
