“Breakdown turned up and as it was a Sunday and couldn't book into garage he took my car to my house and advised to get onward travel to garage the next day. Tried that and one call refused . I had to pay to take it to garage privately.”

“I was very nervous when my car broke down, as it was the first time this had ever happened to me. However, I received help, and although I had to wait for about an hour, everything was resolved in the end. I really appreciate the support.”

“Recovery driver BA3 came out in 20 minutes and got my van off from a mini roundabout that was impeding traffic. Absolute professional with loading + unloading, manners of a gentleman and patience of a saint when other people were frustrated with having to wait. Thank you very much for the rescue BA3!”

“Had text to say being picked up at 10.48 approx , still not turned up at 11.05 , had to ring insurance company to find out where they were as no more Communication from break down company, company then rung to ask where car was at 1.40 and said they would let me know when car was picked up and delivered to garage , still waiting to be informed , had to ring garage to find out”
