“Although I was at home when my car failed to start, the breakdown service still arrived fairly quickly. Fortunately it was just a flat battery but the breakdown engineer was very polite, pleasant and reassuring as he got my car started again.”

“Nightmare to get through as the number we needed urgently was not obvious. I was not sent the phone number to call back about the breakdown truck. Nightmare to phone around and find a garage. I was told possible 3 hour wait so signed up with the AA and cancelled the breakdown truck.”

“It was handled quickly and efficiently by the Onecall operator EL6 who sent a link to the portal. This was easy to complete. I was also very impressed by the quick response of the local breakdown service who arrived after a very short time and dealt with the wheel swap over in double quick time. Very impressive all round considering it was a Bank Holiday day too! Many thanks to all involved.”

“The guy that came out to fix my car was very professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. He took his time to do the job properly. He was also happy to explain anything I asked about. He was very kind in going with me to the garage at end of the road to help me get a new tyre, checking that it was good quality as it was a used one. Great service! Thank you.”

“Recovery service was a complete nightmare, but had the most incredible help from LP5 at Onecall. Reassuring, contacted Recovery company and did eventually get my car home for me. Extremely helpful, excellent communication, actually called me back! Thankyou Brad”

“Very quick service only took 20 mins for the recovery to arrive. Charged my dead battery. Had to call again as the car once again died. Found it a bit hard to find the correct number but once I did it only took about 45 mins for the recovery to arrive. The recovery then took me and my car home. Great service, first time I had to use them.”

“Whole recovery took less than an hour and a half, all fully updated on time of arrival, vehicle collected by fully equipped truck and the recovery operative was very customer focused and professional, Victoria recovery done a great job and dropped off the car to exact location. Very pleased with the service.”

“Initial call. Only option to go on line. Not being able to speak directly about problem very stressful as reasons for breakdown on line do not cover all eventualities. Can't read tiny writing with sun on phone screen. Feel vulnerable and afraid of signal going. Definitely need to speak to a human in these situations.”

“The level of communication after the initial call was informing and handled in a very timely manner. Im not sure if TF3 was the call handler or the young man who drove the recovery vehicle (Alex) but a great job done by both. Alex was very customer focused,pleasant,chatty and one of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet. Thank you for making the journey home go so quickly.”
