“Even though I have been with One Call Rescue for a number of years this was the first occasion I have had to use the service. The telephone contact was extremely helpful and sent me a link to complete via the portal. Easy to use. BA3 arrived before time given and quickly identified my battery as the problem. Advised replacement. Booked in with local garage for replacement tomorrow.”

“I would like to share my feedback regarding the recent recovery service. The job was assigned to Buckdale Ltd for my car recovery. My car was in a position where it was blocking other vehicles, so it was quite urgent. I contacted Buckdale Ltd, and they responded very positively and promptly dispatched a recovery vehicle. The quick response and professional support helped resolve the situation efficiently. This is my first time using the One Call Rescue service, and I must say I am very impressed with the level of service provided. Thank you for your support.”
