“Quick response - The recovery driver (BA3) called me when enroute to let me know how long he would be - and took my car from where it broke down to the garage without any hassle.”

“The process of arranging recovery was easy and quick. Mark l, the recovery man, informed me when he would be arriving and was true to his word. He got my car up on the loader and to the garage in an amazingly efficient way. Mark was polite, cheerful and personable. In the past, I have always been a member of the AA and had to wait hours for recovery. Never again, I will stick with your recovery assistance. Thank you to the polite and caring person on the phone, and special thank you to Mark who gave me outstanding service.”

“Good once the breakdown had been logged. Euroroute were great; good communication, quick and efficient pick-up and drop off at my preferred garage. On the other hand the on-line logging system was cumbersome and slow (which website, needed password, couldn't complete the operation) and in the end I was directed to call the number back. I lost 20 minutes.”

“Very helpful on the initial contact by phone. Recovery took place within an hour of the phone call- I did expect it to be longer as I was in a safe place with no passengers. Driver was friendly and polite and loaded car on to low loader and then took it to nominated garage without any issue. Couldn't have asked for a better service.”

“The service i recieved was brilliant, from phoning one call until the breakdown service arrived took around 2.5hrs which i was told when I reported the breakdown. The company from Airth was also faultless he told me tye problem and got my car and myself home safely. 100% brilliant service.”
