Incredibly impressed with the service I received, very prompt, the agent was extremely friendly and v knowledgeable on the "quirks" of my car and solved the problem v quickly. Nothing but high praise for the service I received, thank you!

Reasonable happy with service came to conclusion needed a new starter motor and my need to get back in touch with one call rescue again in order to transfer car to garage once repair date is sorted but pretty good service waited two and a half hours before attending but understood it was a grim day and probably needed elsewhere as mine was a home visit hopefully complete review if need get back in touch to recover car to garage

Communication was very good from reporting to recovery. BA3 has recovered my car this morning. He was polite & reassuring during a stressful situation. Equally the technician that attended the vehicle last night when I initially reported the breakdown provided a great service

The staff i spoke to on the phone were very understanding and helpful. They reconised i have anxity and health issues. The recovery company were also very understanding and kept me informed with eta and explained issue to car . What i am not happy with is there was a charge for specialist lifting equipment. Not indicated in the cover leaflet of my policy. Where shows in bright green what is covered (recovery) and gives a list. In Red what is not covered no mention of specialist equipement. I feel i was misled by this leaflet to believe i was covered in a breakdown where my car would just not start and was parked in an open air car park, sadly though there was a hight restrictor to the car park. Hence a special bit of kit was required to remove my car . I can not express how bitterly dissapointed and misled i feel by this covee leaflet.

Mark the recovery driver was superb, friendly and went out if his way to help me. (Flat tyre) Re having basic cover for recovery with Onecall, I was surprised and disappointed that I still ended up paying £79 for recovery of my vehicle as I was only 16 miles from my home. It would be helpful for Onecall to not ask you to go onto there portal after you initially get through to speak to someone (I was on the hard shoulder of the motorway in pouring rain) easier if they booked a recovery vehicle and then text you all the information necessary
