“Quick response and kept up to date after reporting my breakdown and it was really great to be able to live track when the recovery vehicle would arrive. BP2 was able to get me on the move again. Great smooth service for someone who has never experienced a breakdown before! Thank you!”

“I got a text very quickly which reassured me that assistance was on its way. There was an ETA too which helped. In actual fact your driver, Dan, arrived earlier than the given ETA, which was fantastic. I really wasn't waiting very long at all before my car was carefully loaded up and I was being transported home. Dan was courteous and friendly, drove safely and chatted all the way home, so the journey flew by. My car was then carefully unloaded and Dan was on his way. Speedy, professional and friendly service - cheers Dan.”

“Called in (to advisor BA3) and reported a break down to my vehicle and the advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful and as I have Gold cover sent me a link which was easy to fill in and then within minutes I was contacted by your appointed recovery company who advised ETA and pick up which was great-Wayne the driver was fantastic.”

“I must thank the driver. Who did his best to drive a companys rescue vehicle which badly requires a major overhaul. I highly recommend onecall insurance should consider asking for the maintenance log books to check its service records. He was very close to calling to be rescue himself !!! Especially when he arrived to help me. The rescue vehicle wouldn't go into reverse !!! Blocking the highway when he tried to turn the vehicle around to position the vehicle in front of my van The driver had to stop the vehicle a number of times during our journey back to my home Turning off the engine, pulling the keys out. Then start the process of starting the engine again to try and get the vehicle to reverse !!!! Which is highly dangerous. The driver really did his best to manage a very poor rescue vehicle. This poor driver needed to stop on the hard shoulder on the M25 . Which again is very dangerous, late afternoon in the dark. The rescue v”

“User Ba3 was really friendly and helpful. Kept in contact so I felt safe (I was on m6 ..scary place to breakdown in rush hour) he found my tyre number and a garage that was open late so I could check if they had my tyre in stock. Brilliant thank you !”

“I had a flat tyre and my car had to be recovered and taken to a garage for the tyre to be changed. Scott, the recovery driver, was excellent. He was very friendly and professional and used his local knowledge to get the car, and me, to the nearest garage. One Call liased with him and myself continuously, so l was fully aware of what my insurance policy covered. I cannot fault the service. I will definately recommend One Call to friends and family.”
