“OB2 was a pleasure to be with in the cab and he was very prompt and kept me informed at all times as to where he was and how long he'd be. He took good car of my car and even told me how to get out of the lorry so i didn't fall”

“Having burst a tyre due to a piece of metal being in the middle of the carriageway I was on the side of an A road, called breakdown. The first person I spoke to wasnt very helpful and asked me to respond to a twxt message for further details which subsequently didnt work. I called back spoke to a really lovely chap incredibly kind and helpful, realised I was scared and getting distressed and patiently dealt with my recovery. It did take almost 2 hours and the police helped me off the carriageway to a safer spot but the service was excellent, breakdown truck got my car to my preferred garage and I got home. Thank you”
