“The I was advised of the time to expect the driver. He was half an hour early and very understanding that I was 5 minutes walk away. He quicky revovered my vehicle and got me ti the repair garage.”

“Fast coming out to the car and the guy was so nice told me to get on wi my day and he would deal with it and take it to garage and hand keys in .best service iv ever had with a breakdown .AA are rubbish they take around 6 hours to come out .thank u for ur fab service today it took my stress of the situation away”

“The gentleman (JJ1 ) who came out to me was very polite and explained alot about the problem with my car. He got my car started so I could then get to halfords to get a new battery fitted which was the problem.”

“The person on the phone input my telephone number incorrectly despite it being in front of him on a screen. This meant the break down service couldn’t contact me resulting in him turning up and leaving. I then had go through the entire process again and book another call out . The call out operative that eventually arrived only wanted to start my van and nothing else . The issue was the alternator, I luckily made it to my local garage despite having no electrical power and the vehicle nearly stalling on several occasions. I will never insure with this company ever again and suggest anyone reading this look elsewhere for insurance cover . Incredibly poor service from all involved.”

“I had a tyre burst on a motorway yesterday. I reported it and eventually received a text giving a time to expect the breakdown vehicle to arrive. It came half an hour after that time. I waited 2½ hours in total. It was Curtis from Westbourne Motors that helped me. He was very professional and did a great job. He followed on behind me as I could only drive at 55mph on the spare wheel. Really appreciated him coming to my rescue! Thank you. The four stars are because I wish I had been sent the tracking for the recovery vehicle sooner instead of just wondering how far away it was.”
