“The lady on the phone was very patient especially as I was in poor signal The breakdown arrival was very swift. They sorted my issue quickly and got me back ok the road with reassurance Very impressed and incredibly grateful”

“Quick recovery and very jolly mechanic! Only reason why it wasn’t a 5: couldn’t manage through portal due to ‘error’ and phone automated call was to long full of terms and conditions.”

“The guy that came out to me was a superstar. Rang me at intervals to keep up dated on how far away he was. Was empathetic and kind throughout. Even brought me a coffee as he said I sounded cold on the phone ( this was in November). Took me right to my front door even though I insisted it would be easier for him to turn around if he didn't turn in to my cul-de-sac. Went above an beyond! Care and attention throughout. Lovely to chat to. Great service.”

“I broke down about 12.10 Managed to report it to One Call by12.50 got a message 13.17, Call back from contractor at 13.32 who arrived at 14.20. (within 5 mins of when he said he would) We were loaded up and on our way by 14.50 arrived home 16.00 and were unloaded by 16.30 Very happy with the service. Thank you very much much”

“The initial contact was difficult but once sorted everyone was helpful and courteous and the breakdown arrived. Very quickly and the driver was great. Thanks for making a potentially dangerous situation stress free.”

“I was able to speak to someone on the phone within 5 minutes. Rescue came out with in the time I was told, couldn’t fix it roadside so took it to a garage of my choice. I could track the breakdown truck on my phone”

“Not so much with the recovery service, first company didn't come after an hour after time stated but I was at home so fine, second company came very quickly wasn't fixing car taking to garage and I was told many times when questioned that the cost of repair would be covered under insurance not sure who he was speaking to on phone to get this information but when I spoke with one call I'm told no I have to pay even when day before when I took out extra policy was told things like this were covered”
