The guy who came was very pleasant and helpful and the tracker was very helpful The only gripe was getting in touch with One Call, I was directed to the portal which was not working, after I called One Call back and explained the situation it was sortef

I phoned about 12 30 I was told I would get a message which I didn't receive i broke down on a very busy road I phoned again which I was told they had no recognition of my phone call so I had to report again

My ‘rescuer’, username TF3, arrived15 minutes ahead of anticipated time. He was friendly, efficient and thorough, & was able to charge my car’s flat battery sufficiently for me to run the car & get a replacement next morning. Very impressed with the whole process, thank you.

Hi, I would like to know express my concerns to how I felt I was treating during a breakdown of my car, in contacting yourselves during this stressful moment. I felt customer service reps were very un/compassionate, robotic in responses, listening skills limited, and not in the professional manner to which should be adhered too. I was a vulnerable client, with memory issues, neurodiverse, struggling to navigate what happened, this I did explain on x2 recordings made. I still was treated like.i was on a factory line, to the point of not understanding my situation. I spoke to X 2 of your agents , which were both similar in mannerisms, very robotic, without any room for explanations or listening to the bigger picture. I was stranded in an unknown place for a few hours, with the help of local businesses, that gave me some guidance. My details on second call were not passed on correctly to recovery, to which recovery ended up in different town. Eventually recovery were brilliant and helped ease the situation and guided me as to what to do next etc. The x2 agents in question need to be aware of the bigger picture, not just a factory line, to get to the next person. The amount of stress/ Anxiety this caused me is still ongoing a day after. If I was felt with respectfully and with compassion, this may not have been the case. I understand you are busy but very little customer care was given, in understanding the bigger picture! I would appreciate some feedback given to all from this, and hope they train for better in the future.

The breakdown rescue guy was excellent (TF3). He arrived just before the estimated arrival time and dealt with my vehicle recovery and onward journey to my home extremely efficiently. He was friendly and professional. I found the One Protect online portal to report my breakdown difficult to manage. Would have preferred a phone number to call.

The whole process was easy from start to finish. Got to me in around 30 minutes from speaking on the phone to someone to him coming out. Was very helpful and informative - friendly man!

The guy kept me informed of his arrival. He was quick to resolve the problem with my van and got it working it again. He was easy to talk to and explained what he was doing. His username is TF3.

It was a very efficient service both with assistance on the call & the recovery. I would like to add the guy who came to rescue and diagnose the fault, then transport my car to the garage was friendly, confident & very professional which put me at ease after a stressful situation.

Helpful agent on the phone (TF3) to deal with my puncture plus a friendly breakdown guy who by luck was in the area arriving within 15 minutes to change the wheel. Very good service!
