“Twice in a week I had to have my car recovered, once dealt with EL6 and then BL3. Both guys were very helpful and professional, and sorted everything for me. The car was recovered swiftly on both occasions. Very happy with the service. Thank so much.”

“Firstly, the agent on the phone line was able to initiate the call to the breakdown service, rather than let me struggle with the details myself, so thanks to him the need for assistance was immediately conveyed to a local company. The breakdown truck arrived within minutes (literally)and the driver actually located the fault immediately so that I could start and drive my car to my local repair shop. The driver explained the fault to the mechanic there, and I picked my repaired car up first thing this morning. Absolutely first rate assistance, thank you.”

“The process of having to remember logins and access the portal and have to enter all the details of the breakdown at the side of a busy motorway is utterly ridiculous and dangerous if you also have to watch children. Also the extra fee if your breakdown is tyre related. A breakdown is a breakdown! However, the recovery company who came and rescued me were fab.”

“Service was very good. The only thing I did not like is that I phoned then was told to log the breakdown online. Much easier of thw call handler did that. Anyway, they were good and polite. When I fixed the problem myself, they refunded all charges right way.”

“He was a great agent, my new car wouldn't start the battery was totally flat. In the end he got the car started and I had to take the car out for an hour drive to charge the battery. New Hybrid batteries shouldn't go flat when you haven't used the car 🤦🏾‍♂️ very dissappointed with Nissan.”

“SG2. Very helpful and efficient person arranged everything and said it would be two hours. Still on the line when the breakdown truck appeared about five minutes later. I was impressed with the speed and ease of getting my job sorted. Well done everyone.”

“Prompt service but would have been difficult if couldn’t access on line account as when called simply said a text would follow which was a text to the on line link. I had had difficulty on line and luckily a family member was able to be called to access my on line account”
