“The chap who picked me up was excellent. He used his initiative to see that I was on an A road in a lay-by rather than in a cul de sac on a housing estate as the tracker was showing. Can he be given an employee commendation for this please? Over all I’m very pleased with the excellent service. A couple of this could have been better. More contact from the call centre to let me know what was happening. I was quite scared being in my own. When the tow truck chap tried to call me and my husband he could get through on either number. Was he given the correct numbers?”
