“Broke down and one simple call to one call and a short online form resulted in a very quick recovery not much over an hour , Martin recovered me and was so friendly and reassuring from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and he also made sure I arrived home safely with my vehicle , amazing service all round and highly recommend.”

“I'm sorry but I honestly dont think this guy was a mechanic..he couldn't diagnose what was wrong with my car he tried charging the battery with 3 different types of chargers ..but had to then go to his truck to try and charge them from his truck he was not very interactive and didn't seem knowledgeable with anything to do with car then he tried again to charge mine but bought 3 different battery charging boxes out and then just stood there saying I dont really know ...your wheels are jammed ....also he asked me to sign something on his phone but he couldn't do that either so I HAVENT SIGNED ANYTHING just incase he as done it without my consent......after he had left ..still with my car not working ....I took my handbrake off and the car move so the wheels were not jammed ......I definitely haven't a clue if this guy from greenfield recovery is a mechanic so no help what so ever ! Given he was my first option to fix or recover im now wondering what my options are as I think I've just wasted a call out ! Perhaps you could advise..Kind regards Yvette Hansford”

“Got their quick. The youngest loved riding in the big truck. However they have not sent me an email or have anywhere on the app where I can make the recovery payment. I will have to ring on my next week day off.”

“Once the breakdown arrived he was amazing and efficient. The only downside was the 3 hour wait for him to arrive. Also having to report your breakdown online is time consuming, it would be so much easier and less stressful talking to someone who can just sort it for you. When you’ve broken down you just need help as quick as possible not having to fill loads of questions in online.”

“BA3 came out as engine wouldnt do anything so guessed a dead battery as was 11 years old. Very efficent showing me the reading and putting enough charge back in it to enable me to get Halfords to fit a new one. He was very friendly and even told me what battery I would need to ask for.”

“Great quick recovery. I was 30+ miles from home, I got clear estimate of the time someone would be with me. The driver called me when he was 10 minutes away He was quick & efficient at recovering & loading my van & put me at ease with conversation on the way back to my home.”
