“It was a long wait, reported the breakdown at 12.35, we where at the Neville having lunch, the driver came at 14.30, he was lovely apologised said he wasn't told until 13.45, so it wasn't his fault give him 5 stars.”

“Brilliant service from the very beginning of my call for help. Friendly call handlers (BA3) & the breakdown company (Reubens, Chesterfield) arrived before their estimated time and fixed the problem quickly. Would recommend One Call & their gold service breakdown insurance. Thank you.”

“BA3 came out very quickly at rush hour. My car had my dogs and children in it and we had broken down just round a bend. Service was friendly, efficient and swift so would recommend and use again.”

“Poor service, lack of compassion/ understanding/disability criteria! Personal experience was awful, with no help in the understanding of situation, when I broke down. Robotic customer service that lacked any compassion/ disability and understanding of the given situation at the time. I would like to file this as a complaint and would appreciate a response please.”

“No one likes having to deal with a breakdown, so when it happens you just need it sorting, within an hour my car had been picked up and taken to my chosen garage for repair,thank you”

“Terrible service. I was charged £20 and had to wait nearly two hours for a guy to come out, tell me my car was completely knackered and that it needed to be craned onto a different truck than the one he had, and taken to a garage for repair. I was told this would take another 2 hours to come. Eventually, I called the office to find out where it was, only to be told that no truck had been ordered, and that I had to pay another £250 for this truck, and it would take a further two hours. In the end, I called the AA, paid them £150 for instant membership, they sent out a guy who arrived within 30 minutes, and he fixed the issue within 5 minutes. There was nothing wrong with the car other than a software glitch that a jump start resolved.”

“The gentleman who came to tow my car, was lovely and polite done a brilliant job also came before time stated, I was really happy with the service he gave to me and my car with took time and due care, also was a safe journey, as he took his time to get my car to were it needed to be a safe place at the garage, I really thank him for his service it was an absolute pleasure.”
