“On second phone contact I was able to arrange things by phone, rather than signing into my portal and doing it online, which I tried after ringing the phone number the first time, unsuccessfully. That stage completed the messages about who would be coming to assist were prompt. However TM breakdown and Clifford were 28 minutes later than the given time of 12:11. However all concerned were pleasant and helpful over the phone or in person and I feel confident that I will receive the right assistance should the need occur again.Less time waiting would have been appreciated but hey ho, that’s life, I was given the opportunity to demonstrate how well I have developed the good quality of patience.”

“I’m absolutely delighted with the service today. I was stranded 35miles from home almost no phone charge , scared . First breakdown ever 45 yrs. Agent fantastic BP2 with reassurance & follow text that help was coming .Breakdown company AMAZING ,Helpful, friendly professional and caring driver.Noticed that there was fluid leaking as he parked car at garage .Dropped me off near home as was en route. It was a scary experience for me but One Call and Kaiser Recovery Service got me through it .Thank you so much to all .”

“Nice guy seeing the one call person gave him the wrong number to phone me when he was on his way He waited 20/30 minutes for me to get there If the One call company was more switched on this would not have happened But the recovery man was great Cheers”

“One Call rescue came about 40 minutes after the first call, quicker than expected. The mechanic was friendly and helpful. He rectified the problem and I was able to drive the car to the garage for further work (on the exhaust) and didn’t need to be towed. The mechanic put me at ease and was reassuring. Great service Ref username JJ1”

“This is the first time I've used One Call Rescue and on the whole it was a good experience and OB2 did what he could for me. The one downside was the need to use the customer portal to log the breakdown details. The link that was texted to me kept informing me that I didn't have an existing account set up and needed to register. Eventually I figured out this was because the link was for the portal.onecallinsurance.co.uk website but I'm registered on portal.oneprotectinsurance.co.uk Once that hurdle was overcome and I'd managed to pin point my exact location which was fiddly on a mobile, it was plain sailing. The actually recovery company Arnold's were first rate and turned up a lot sooner than expected.....very impressed with them.”
