“Firstly I want to mention the gentleman who actually came to change my tire. I can't recall his name (it was Saturday, May 9th around 11:15 am in W9). He was friendly, personable, respectful, very efficient, knew what he was doing, advised me what to do with the damaged tire, etc. He made the entire process stress-free. Before the mechanic arrived, my dealings with the phone service at One Call was equally stress-free. The gentleman I spoke to at your Help-Line assured me I was covered for the service, was courteous and knowledgeable, took me through the stages of what to expect, provided me with a time-line that proved very accurate. I feel very fortunate to have this service attached to my care insurance.”

“A lovely young man came this morning to start my car which had a flat battery. He came all the way from Walton on Thames he rang to say he was on the way and arrived when he said he would got my car going and left. Very happy with the service”

“The person who answered the phone was courteous and efficient maybe LP5? The repairman (Jonathan) was exceptional. He kept me informed and arrived when he said he would. He had me up and running in no time and gave me good advice. Very pleased.”
