“Amazing service, I didn't have my paperwork with me but they quickly sorted everything out and had a rescue truck sent. The rescue guy was very friendly and helpful and had me back home in no time. All round top job big thumbs up from me.”

“Clear communication, much quicker response time than initially told, recovery driver Alex made the whole process seem unstressful, he was very chatty and knowledgeable. A real people’s person which is what you need in this profession. Thanks again and well done Alex!”

“I have a diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and couldnt start car from home address. One call were prompt and followed my advice regarding directions and poor signal. Worker was professional, got my car started and advised on next steps. I now have new battery! Thankyou”

“OB2 was very polite and clearly set out the process for receiving assistance - no problem here. The operator who came to my assistance was also very helpful and proficient. However, the methodology is, in my view, too complicated and required "computer skills" - I would have thought the most effective way to receive assistance would be by one phone call, as it used to be. The One Call system is too complex. Fortunately, I am reasonably au-fait online - there must be many who are not. The 'rescue time' took around an hour - luckily the breakdown firm was less than one mile from my home. David Harris”

“Young chap called Connor was with us within 25mins, happy asked if we needed any emergency help, which we didnt spent 30mins putting car on ramp taking pics etc, was chatting in van towed us to garage had funny conversation on way Thank connor”
