“Took 4 hours in total from the initial phone call, to the tow truck coming to get us all home, after the blinking car decided it didn't want to start at the hospital, after my husband had had an operation. We were just glad to get home”

“We were very blessed to be collected by Mark at Fast Recovery Bonnyrigg. He was quick and fast and most importantly kind. He was accompanied by Elaine who was equally as supportive. I had broken down with 2 small children and they got us back safely and quickly and kept us up to date at all times. mark even called to check we were okay the next day! Absolute superior service and would wholeheartedly recommend.”

“LA4 was very helpful once I got through to them he helped me pin point my location as I am not very good with the online stuff so talking to him helped me out no end also the recovery driver was very good as well the way he explained what was wrong and help me find a mechanic , Thankyou.”

“LP5 Was quite rude as I could hardly hear him being stuck next to a motorway When I asked him to speak slowly and clearly he blamed himself being Scottish which I found rather racist due to coming from Scottish heritage would I like to deal with him again NO”

“The reporting process was straight forward and the call centre called to say it was being processed. Then received a text to say when the recovery truck would arrive. He turned up on time and was very helpful and understanding. The whole process was painless and relatively swift. Thank you.”

“They got a recovery vehicle out to me within an hour, which then got me home. Good, clear and helpful phone service. What I didn't like was being directed to a Web site to enter my location. That wasn't working, and this delayed being towed off the motorway. I phoned the operator back and gave a What Three Words location, which was accepted. Better to give the car's location on the initial call.”
