“Recovery driver arrived at least 20 mins ahead of initial E.T.A which was a great relief.Unfortunately i was stranded in quite a tricky spot yet LC1 jumped straight into action despite a stream of impatient truck drivers adding to an already hazardous situation.I was asked jump into the passenger seat (out of the rain) while LC1 finished securing my van & we were away in a flash! He then took me directly to my mechanics unit where he made sure my van was delivered expertly into a parking space with minimal man handling.LC1 was friendly & polite and immediately took the stress out of dire situation for me.Thank you.”

“I had a bit hanging off the front underneath of my car preventing me from continuing my journey. Bradley, the Recovery driver after getting the aproval from the office, was able to jack my front car end up & unbolt the offending bit and check there was no damage so I was able to continue my journey. I was very happy & am a satisfied customer. Thank you Bradley for your help.”

“Very prompt rescue guy (EL6) and after checking (car started ) he waited in truck a short while to ensure the car stayed ticking over. He clearly explained if the car is drive able, there is nothing he can do. No symbols showed up on my dashboard to indicate there was a problem although the car had stopped the night before.”

“One Call Rescue came to my rescue in just 55 minute's which was a relief as I had a puncture and was stuck in a lay-by on a busy road. I have only ever called out a breakdown once in 25 years before this call out . In previous years I have been with a well known breakdown company and they took over 5 hours to get to me. Thank you One Call Rescue.”

“My ‘rescuer’, username TF3, arrived15 minutes ahead of anticipated time. He was friendly, efficient and thorough, & was able to charge my car’s flat battery sufficiently for me to run the car & get a replacement next morning. Very impressed with the whole process, thank you.”

“Hi, I would like to know express my concerns to how I felt I was treating during a breakdown of my car, in contacting yourselves during this stressful moment. I felt customer service reps were very un/compassionate, robotic in responses, listening skills limited, and not in the professional manner to which should be adhered too. I was a vulnerable client, with memory issues, neurodiverse, struggling to navigate what happened, this I did explain on x2 recordings made. I still was treated like.i was on a factory line, to the point of not understanding my situation. I spoke to X 2 of your agents , which were both similar in mannerisms, very robotic, without any room for explanations or listening to the bigger picture. I was stranded in an unknown place for a few hours, with the help of local businesses, that gave me some guidance. My details on second call were not passed on correctly to recovery, to which recovery ended up in different town. Eventually recovery were brilliant and helped ease the situation and guided me as to what to do next etc. The x2 agents in question need to be aware of the bigger picture, not just a factory line, to get to the next person. The amount of stress/ Anxiety this caused me is still ongoing a day after. If I was felt with respectfully and with compassion, this may not have been the case. I understand you are busy but very little customer care was given, in understanding the bigger picture! I would appreciate some feedback given to all from this, and hope they train for better in the future.”
