“I had a flat tyre and my car had to be recovered and taken to a garage for the tyre to be changed. Scott, the recovery driver, was excellent. He was very friendly and professional and used his local knowledge to get the car, and me, to the nearest garage. One Call liased with him and myself continuously, so l was fully aware of what my insurance policy covered. I cannot fault the service. I will definately recommend One Call to friends and family.”

“Excellent response to home start rescue with recovery to a garage I specified. No Quibbles, arrived within the hour, car was taken on a specialised flat bed truck. The company responding were very efficient and pleasant. A very worthwhile part of my platinum insurance cover”

“Easy to use online to log flat tyre. The mechanic called quite quickly after I logged the issue. He was only a few miles away. He was quick in getting the tyre changed over to my space saver wheel and told me to take care driving with it. I told him where I was going and I went straight to the garage, got a new tyre fitted and the space saver tyre back in my boot. The service was brilliant from start to finish.”

“The customer portal didn't recognise that I had breakdown recovery on my policy. When I called the help centre it was quickly answered and the operator arranged for breakdown recovery. I received a text notification of ETA which was a reasonable time, given the remote location. The recovery vehicle arrived at the time given and quickly and efficiently loaded my van even though it was on a crossroads, causing only a couple of minutes delay for other road users, who were all very patient. All over a fantastic service. Thank you.”
