“Very good service I was a woman on my own and the agents (I spoke to a couple) as I had a flat tyre and was unable to drive my car. They even asked if they would contact any family or friends on my behalf. Excellent service, thank you One Call”

“I was happy because engineer arrived on time and l only had to wait an hour for his arrival and he promptly got my car started and gave me advice to get my battery tested and changed if need be and l did just that at Halfords that same day. He was professional and polite. I am very grateful for a good service.”

“EA5 , excellent professional service from tow driver , really made me feel at ease with having to explain what was going on with car He had to negotiate a tricky entrance into my work car park and didn’t show any impatience. Super service from phoning to getting dropped at garage 👌 Many Thanks”

“I was out on a day trip with my grandchildren and discovered I had a flat tyre I call my insurance and arranged for someone to come out and change to my spare until I got to a garage, the guy was here within 15mins. All be it a bit.expensive it was reassurance to be able to get home safely with the granchildren so was worth it.”

“First of all i did not find the link easy to use. Phoned up, very polite. Asked if I needed them to make a call. Guy came a bit earlier than estimated time. Fixed problem. Very happy”
