“Was called promptly and the person on the line was very helpful. It would've been good to be able to call direct to a number rather than have to go through an online portal - having forgotten my password this caused some stress!”

“He was a great agent, my new car wouldn't start the battery was totally flat. In the end he got the car started and I had to take the car out for an hour drive to charge the battery. New Hybrid batteries shouldn't go flat when you haven't used the car 🤦🏾‍♂️ very dissappointed with Nissan.”
