“The person that came out to me had such a wonderful kind manner and really helped reduce what could have been a much more stressful day. I had had a tyre puncture and although we had a spare tyre in the boot, the tyre nut was in our glove box which was jammed shut. I was duty doctor at the surgery and my car was parked outside. The service gentleman was so warm and helpful and took all of it in his stride. I was able to leave him whilst he tried all the measures to get the glovebox open. He managed all of it. Please let him know how grateful I am for the exceptional service he provided. He was so lovely and reassuring throughout. I really am very grateful.”

“EA5 immediately understood my problem, with no fuss. Her sentences started very clearly but, at the end, were hard to hear. Nevertheless, EA5 repeated questions, to help me clearly hear them. My tow truck driver was friendly and helpful, arriving about 25 mins after One Call contacted him. He then sorted out my car's battery, identified another problem, and got my car to the garage promptly. A great service from EA5.”

“I was happy because engineer arrived on time and l only had to wait an hour for his arrival and he promptly got my car started and gave me advice to get my battery tested and changed if need be and l did just that at Halfords that same day. He was professional and polite. I am very grateful for a good service.”
