“As soon as I put in a request for assistance,I was called shortly afterwards by LC1.Very friendly and helpful.Gave my car a battery boost and made sure I was okay.Gave me confidence to use the car on a trip to boost the battery.It was terrible weather and wasn't fazed.Have used my car today and no issues.Thank you LC1.Can now go and visit family for Christmas after 4+years.”

“Broke down late on a Sunday evening in London — many miles from home. Recovery vehicle arrived promptly, loaded car onto transporter, and took me back to Midlands (3hrs). Driver took all the hassle out of a very bad situation and was extremely helpful throughout the whole unfortunate experience. Can’t speak too highly of the service from One-Call Insurance.”
