The guy turned up on good time. But not happy try to get through to report breakdown. Would have liked to speak to someone trying to do it online is too stressful for a older person sitting in a car

Notifying of breakdown was easy. The guy was quite a bit longer than I was originally told but I was kept in the loop. Once help arrived problem was sorted in a few minutes. Overall a good experience.

Today, one call rescue were lovely, professional, calm & very reassuring. From the 2 advisors I spoke to on the phone (when I was very stressed!) to the lovely driver of the rescue vehicle who made a very stressful situation so much better. Thank you all so much . My only criticism (that stopped me giving 5 stars) was the fact that after my initial call, where I explained that I was 69, female, on my own in a vehicle that could not move, in an unsafe position on a bend on a country road with double white lines, with traffic building up, I was told to report details through your portal, details of which would be sent by text. Unfortunately my 'not so smart' phone identified the text as Spam & would not let me open the link. Fortunately I was able to eventually contact my son who towed me to a safe spot & took charge of the situation. Whilst I appreciate that portals have their place, & no doubt help to eep costs down - but in a potentially dangerous situation... really? But all is well that ends well & my car is now at the garage & I am at home, so thank you for coming to my rescue.

LC1 was really helpful, the score of 4 stars does not reflect on service. It was the first time I had used this service and guess the reporting system had changed, as I had to register to login in, I only had a contact telephonenumber. All a bit much when you've broken down just before a motorway roundabout, but we got there.

Was impressed with the prompt action taken. Breakdown was with me in under an hour . They replaced my battery for me and was back on the road in 2 hours

Mechanic that turned up was quick and efficient. Trying to speak to somebody initially to arrange the appointment wasn’t so good. Told to go on the online portal; couldn’t navigate this so called back and mechanic’s appointment was made verbally. Why not just do it person to person? If not, then make the portals more user friendly and not designed by geeks. Typical of the lack of thought put into these procedures and surveys is the question below asking how long it took to respond. It was actually a very acceptable one and a half hours, but the options skip from ‘under one hour’ to ‘2 to 3 hours’. How am I meant to answer that?

Recovery guy came within hour and half It was a flat battery So got it going and advised to go straight to garage to get a new one Which I did Very pleased with that part of it My only gripe would be having to log in to your portal after the initial phone call I was in a car park and struggled with getting Wi-Fi Did it eventually but would have been better if the person taking the call could have done it for me

Easy to arrange arrival of breakdown lorry. Arrived well within estimate. S shame they do not undertake any diagnostic checks. Car taken to local garage without fuss.

It would of been easier to actually call and talk to some as the internet signal wasn't great and kept dropping out. But the recovery driver came to pick up my car quite quickly.

After logging the bresksown I got a call almost immediately from operator EA5 and was told that a mechanic would be with me in an hour or two. In the end the mechanic was here within the hour.
