“OB2 was very polite and clearly set out the process for receiving assistance - no problem here. The operator who came to my assistance was also very helpful and proficient. However, the methodology is, in my view, too complicated and required "computer skills" - I would have thought the most effective way to receive assistance would be by one phone call, as it used to be. The One Call system is too complex. Fortunately, I am reasonably au-fait online - there must be many who are not. The 'rescue time' took around an hour - luckily the breakdown firm was less than one mile from my home. David Harris”

“The man who recovered my car was most kind and helpful. I did have difficulty getting a text to get my call sorted. My IT skills are not good but with the kindness of other persons I got sorted.”

“The service was very good. Highfield Garage, the company who came out to me were pretty quick, very helpful and friendly. They weren't able to get me the battery I needed straight away, but got me home and came with a new battery the next day. My only complaint was lack of information. After I was sent a link to a website to register my need for assistance, I got no acknowledgement and has to ring back to check someone was coming and a timescale. Apart from that, excellent.”

“The guy who came was very pleasant and helpful and the tracker was very helpful The only gripe was getting in touch with One Call, I was directed to the portal which was not working, after I called One Call back and explained the situation it was sortef”

“LA4 was very helpful once I got through to them he helped me pin point my location as I am not very good with the online stuff so talking to him helped me out no end also the recovery driver was very good as well the way he explained what was wrong and help me find a mechanic , Thankyou.”

“They got a recovery vehicle out to me within an hour, which then got me home. Good, clear and helpful phone service. What I didn't like was being directed to a Web site to enter my location. That wasn't working, and this delayed being towed off the motorway. I phoned the operator back and gave a What Three Words location, which was accepted. Better to give the car's location on the initial call.”

“Recovery service was very good , speedy and kept myself updated throughout the process . The driver was polite and professional . As I had breakdown cover I was disappointed that I had to pay an extra £70 though when using the service”

“This is the first time I've used One Call Rescue and on the whole it was a good experience and OB2 did what he could for me. The one downside was the need to use the customer portal to log the breakdown details. The link that was texted to me kept informing me that I didn't have an existing account set up and needed to register. Eventually I figured out this was because the link was for the portal.onecallinsurance.co.uk website but I'm registered on portal.oneprotectinsurance.co.uk Once that hurdle was overcome and I'd managed to pin point my exact location which was fiddly on a mobile, it was plain sailing. The actually recovery company Arnold's were first rate and turned up a lot sooner than expected.....very impressed with them.”

“Service was very good. The only thing I did not like is that I phoned then was told to log the breakdown online. Much easier of thw call handler did that. Anyway, they were good and polite. When I fixed the problem myself, they refunded all charges right way.”

“Had to wait quite a long time and longer than I was told but everyone I spoke to was very helpful and pleasant. Pick up driver managed my car, that wouldn’t move out of park, very expertly.”
