“Had to wait quite a long time and longer than I was told but everyone I spoke to was very helpful and pleasant. Pick up driver managed my car, that wouldn’t move out of park, very expertly.”

“Good once the breakdown had been logged. Euroroute were great; good communication, quick and efficient pick-up and drop off at my preferred garage. On the other hand the on-line logging system was cumbersome and slow (which website, needed password, couldn't complete the operation) and in the end I was directed to call the number back. I lost 20 minutes.”

“You were there for us when we called you however we were on the M6 north bound you took our location from our phone but the tow truck went to a nearby village adding another 30 mins to our rescue. He changed our wheel and said we needed to replace the trye immediately he sent us to Harold’s tyres in Penrith they didn’t have our tyre we ended up at Harry’s tyres who had our tyre in stock. You charged us at the side of the road for recovery to Keswick that never happened so not sure how that works. Things worked out ok eventually we were 2 hours late to open our shop in Keswick.”

“The actual rescue I received was second to none, the driver was excellent. However, when booking the rescue on the website it was misleading by asking my if I wanted to get taken home, I thought it was road side assistance with the option to go home, now I’m home I have no way of getting my car to a garage with out additional cost, on this basis I will not be renewing my insurance with one call.”

“The mechanic arrived exactly as expected, was efficient, and polite and helpful. Onecall didn't pass on the extra information about my breakdown position when I called after reporting the breakdown, which was annoying, but otherwise the service was all good.”

“The 3rd time I got through your person took the details and arranged for a recovery vehicle to come and help me. The estimated time was 1.5 hours. Thankfully the recovery company came within 20mins and I could not fault them. Your rep was a great help but Fast Recovery Ltd were fantastic.”

“Very quick response to my call and breakdown man turning up. He quickly identified a loose connection on battery and got me going home asap. Only problem was trying to get on website and connect properly kept saying problem connecting.”

“Complicated sitting in your car in the middle of winter you just want one number not what’s your password,just answer 10 questions on a mobile that you can’t see it’s a nightmare not very CUSTOMER ORIENTED.”

“Actual rescue was excellent but the online portal is very frustrating when at the side of the road. Asking for a postcode for the location of your breakdown is impractical. How about asking for a road name or other description?”
