“Happy with call centre staff especially Eve and today’s representative. Not happy with less than comprehensive breakdown cover despite gold status. Proposed cost of circa £350 to uplift car from driveway to garage less than 5 miles away”

“Excellent communication with ‘Ben’ on the phone. He arranged everything. Waited about 1 and a half hours in total. Breakdown truck arrived, but the driver jump started the car, so transfer to home wasn’t necessary. I was just worried that if I stalled the engine, I would be back to square one again . I didn’t though, so just need a new battery now. Thank goodness, as I am disabled. Overall good service from One Call.”

“Very quick response via portal then messages. Easy to track rescue vehicle which arrived within 30 minutes. Friendly technician started my car immedietely. 4 stars rather than 5 because I would also like a 'phonecontact option”

“Prompt telephone call at 11:18. Was told breakdown service would arrive at 14:17. He actually arrived early at 13:00 so it was very lucky that I had just returned from a dog walk. Car started with jump leads. Engineer polite and efficient.”

“I got the brake down van in hour and half It would have been better if you can report a breakdown by phone as a 68 year old lady Trying to do it on the portal is hard when you are not computer savvy”

“Service was quick and efficient - the mechanic needed to jump start my flat battery. One star removed as he arrived over an hour later than the text message I received told me he would be there. Not a massive deal as I was waiting at home. If I was out somewhere might have been more frustrating. But of course they're very busy this time of year!”

“I had a flat tyre at home, they told me when to expect the service person (BM5) who phoned me on his way. Polite and quick, he also spotted out that my brake pads were worn and brought it to my attention. Very good service.”
