“Very quick to respond - got me going so could get home. Had trouble with portal. So phoned again and they did all for me - 2nd operator very helpful.”

“Great to get a link to see where recovery truck was. Gave real piece of mind. Beeches recovery were excellent. Sebastian came out first to review the vehicle. Very knowledgable and clam. Vehicle couldn’t be fixed but we were at at running camp with my daughter so was keen to stay the day so she could complete it. One call would not “pre book” a recovery truck, but Sebastian asked his control room and they sorted it out with one call - that’s customer service Mick came right on time, quick and friendly. Got us home safe and well”

“Sam from Edam recovery was very good and calming because I was quite stressed! He got my vehicle home with no problems only thing was it took an hour longer for him to get to me than I was told so 3 hours in total to wait but it was at peak traffic time so thank you Sam!”

“The breakdown phone call was answered quickly by a friendly lady. We tried to answer the online questions as requested but with the motorway traffic thundering by it was quite stressful. However, when we rang back the lady was very helpful and completed the questions for us. The rescue truck arrived in about an hour and a half and before the scheduled arrival time and he delivered us to our destination in a professional manner. The whole experience was very reassuring.”

“Service was good overall. Andy the mechanic was great, put me at ease and was quick to diagnose and fix the problem. He has to cover a wide travel zone being based in Chesterfield which meant a longer than expected wait.”

“Took a long time to arrange recovery and the portal was a waste of time and got it all wrong, but once I spoke to a person I was recovered within a hour and a half.”

“The call staff were very helpful and informative and the rescue driver delivered my car to the nearest garage for a puncture repair and he was also very helpful. This is the first time I have claimed on the breakdown part of my insurance and I was very reassured that it is worth having.”

“Arrived a lot quicker than I expected. The Mechanic was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and offered tips/advice. Very passionate about his work and had a can do attitude that got my vehicle started. Would definitely recommend.”

“Easy to book rescue for flat tyre. Booked for 2 hours later which wasn’t idea but car was safe and on a positive note the rescue guy could come earlier than first planned. Happy with service, was surprised by the extra fee for tyre change.”

“Although the breakdown recovery was pretty straightforward, and the chap who recovered my car was friendly and helpful. The actual organising the recovery was not a simple process, took over 40 minutes because internet kept cutting out and trying to phone and speak to someone was not easy. Although when I did finally speak to someone they were helpful and friendly”

“I was very happy with the way the person was over the phone and how quickly the help arrived and also how quickly the it was told what the problem was. I was not Happy when I was told i had to pay £90 for them to take the car to the garage as I have gold cover with yous. But everything else was good”

“Had to wait 2.5 hrs for the rescue but guy was helpful and efficient. The form sent by text message is a bit annoying and it would help if that form is completed by the same person taking the call and arranging the rescue truck. That would be a great achievement.”
