Polite and helpful call handler.
However I couldn't log into my account from the text message! Called again and explained the problem, and luckily it was handled for me.
The recovery driver arrived within the eta. It is easier to do it all via phone, especially when stuck on the hard shoulder, so not impressed with being expected to log in etc., hence 4* not 5.
