I had a flat tyre at home, they told me when to expect the service person (BM5) who phoned me on his way. Polite and quick, he also spotted out that my brake pads were worn and brought it to my attention. Very good service.

The rescue was on time and the mechanic was excellent and got me home safely. I was disappointed with the way to report the breakdown I couldn’t speak to a human and to notify my location

Excellent and quick response. Very helpful and polite breakdown driver. Was a bit surprised that no attempt was made to check the problem. Just went immediately to recovery. In fairness his diagnosis was such this there was probably no point in examining the car.

rescue truck arrived quickly expecting quick jump lead start.turned out to be a lot more serious, ended up pushing my car 50 yards or so to the garage at the bottom of my road. starter motor had lost it head and punched a hole in the gearbox.{second time in three years) apparantley its a known fault that they cant solve.

Reasonable happy with service came to conclusion needed a new starter motor and my need to get back in touch with one call rescue again in order to transfer car to garage once repair date is sorted but pretty good service waited two and a half hours before attending but understood it was a grim day and probably needed elsewhere as mine was a home visit hopefully complete review if need get back in touch to recover car to garage

The staff i spoke to on the phone were very understanding and helpful. They reconised i have anxity and health issues. The recovery company were also very understanding and kept me informed with eta and explained issue to car . What i am not happy with is there was a charge for specialist lifting equipment. Not indicated in the cover leaflet of my policy. Where shows in bright green what is covered (recovery) and gives a list. In Red what is not covered no mention of specialist equipement. I feel i was misled by this leaflet to believe i was covered in a breakdown where my car would just not start and was parked in an open air car park, sadly though there was a hight restrictor to the car park. Hence a special bit of kit was required to remove my car . I can not express how bitterly dissapointed and misled i feel by this covee leaflet.

Mark the recovery driver was superb, friendly and went out if his way to help me. (Flat tyre) Re having basic cover for recovery with Onecall, I was surprised and disappointed that I still ended up paying £79 for recovery of my vehicle as I was only 16 miles from my home. It would be helpful for Onecall to not ask you to go onto there portal after you initially get through to speak to someone (I was on the hard shoulder of the motorway in pouring rain) easier if they booked a recovery vehicle and then text you all the information necessary

Hi the service from the call centre was great , not so much from the recovery company. First truck pulled up and tried to drag car onto loader , but couldn’t as it was stuck in gear and battery died straight away then I had to pay another £90 to get a bigger truck to lift it, he then put charger on car to check mileage and low and behold it come out of gear and started quite happily

I could track his progress to me, he turned up in good time, got the car going and told me I needed a new battery - which I sorted out the next day. V pleased with the service.

Assistance arrived within a couple of hours and was very friendly and efficient although not a mechanic. Back on the road within half an hour of arrival

Quick recovery and very jolly mechanic! Only reason why it wasn’t a 5: couldn’t manage through portal due to ‘error’ and phone automated call was to long full of terms and conditions.

I broke down about 12.10 Managed to report it to One Call by12.50 got a message 13.17, Call back from contractor at 13.32 who arrived at 14.20. (within 5 mins of when he said he would) We were loaded up and on our way by 14.50 arrived home 16.00 and were unloaded by 16.30 Very happy with the service. Thank you very much much

Four stars only because the phone call system took ages and for me wasn't very clear. Got a text with the time estimate, and although I didn't receive one to say the recovery was on its way, he was bang on time, and that's more important! Had come from Crewkerne to Bridport.

The agent was very helpful until the call dropped, he called back, call dropped again. I called back, got a different agent. He apologised stating they were having system issues. I waited just under an hour for rescue to arrive, can’t complain.
