It was good in the end, thanks to Leanne but i did have to make more than ‘one call’. The rescue company were fairly quick once the call was placed & v efficient at the job! Thanks!

Had trouble with the portal, which froze on me halfway through. Leanne was a star she completed the process manually in quick time. Thanks very much. Just hope the recovery team are as efficient.

I can’t access the portal as it tells me my account hasn’t been set up correctly. Please fix this ASAP. All that aside the person I spoke to on the phone “Brad” was very good, offered all the help I needed and sorted out my breakdown very fast. Most impressive and made me me feel comfortable and confident in my breakdown recovery options. A seriously good advert for One Call

Very efficient service although having to go to the website to give a report when my phone was low on charge, I found frustrating. However, I was impressed with the speed of the help I received and Kieran who rescued me was very pleasant, friendly and professional.

The one call system involved one call but then I had to go to the website and enter all the info I had already told the operator again. This was a bit annoying. But, the man from Hinton rescue who came was brilliant. Polite, helpful, cheerful, quick, thorough. Thanks ++ to Hinton rescue for getting me home

Very easy to arrange a visit . Flat battery resolved with jump start. Man whose name I dontvrecall ,I don't think he yold me. Couldn't diagnose shy battery had died. I had to ring my car dealer for advice. Was advise to run c the c ar for half an hour. Tried it later it started. Hope it starts in tgd morning. Quick service ,very happy with that.

The person who sorted out the car for me was absolutely great but I had to wait quite a long time for him, which is why I'm giving 4 stars not 5. He was calm, efficient and professional.

The process of reporting a windscreen problem , and getting the car booked in went fairly well, although three attempts were needed to get the booking sorted, call being dropped twice. The personal process was excellent, all phone conversations dealt with quickly and professionally.

I would have given 5 stars but at first you insisted I pay £20 before you would recover my vehicle. I did not have a bank card with me or means to pay and this totally stressed me out. The recovery was speedy and the breakdown driver followed me home to make sure I got home safely. This part of the service was excellent, but payment of £20 upfront, really????

App on phone very difficult to use. 3 stage process stage 1&2 fine but no ‘continue’ button on stage 3. Had to phone 3 times before someone st call centre logged the call with a garage. After that, service 5*, told call out is averaging 60 to 90 mins but within 30 seconds phone call from garage and 5 minutes later they had arrived. 5 minutes after that in the road again with advice on shat was likely root cause. Brilliant, Sort the app out and definitely a 5*.

A good service all round. The phone operator was very patient and the breakdown guy arrived within the time specified and was extremely pleasant and helpful. The only negative thing is that they want you to go online to pinpoint your position. It's stressful enough already without having extra to do.

I would have given 4.5 if that was an option, the rescue vehicle was later than the expected time, however this was due to traffic driven by road works elsewhere, which I was aware of. The driver was friendly and helpful.
