The breakdown recovery guy, Marc turned up within about 20 minutes, even though the ETA was 2 hours. Started the car no problem (issue with the battery). Two small complaints, the number took me to a Claims Line so wasn't certain it was the right number for recovery - no option to select that when the call was answered and then we had to report the breakdown online, which wasn't very easy on the phone when it was getting dark.
