“Customer service was great, it was so nice to be able to speak to someone. So helpful too, unfortunately there was delay with the recovery guy getting to me so had to call and chase up, but didn't wait too long on the phone to get through. Recovery turned up after calling me to let me know how long he was going to be. Very helpful and off my car went for repair. Overall excellent service, thank you”

“After breaking down on my own & not being able to proceed with link text sent to my phone I rang again & was helped considerably & had a lovely recovery chap turn up sooner than expected”

“Polite and helpful call handler. However I couldn't log into my account from the text message! Called again and explained the problem, and luckily it was handled for me. The recovery driver arrived within the eta. It is easier to do it all via phone, especially when stuck on the hard shoulder, so not impressed with being expected to log in etc., hence 4* not 5.”

“I’m happy with both the people who answered the phone. I was very stressed and they were calm and helpful. The last time my car broke down, the pick up man was very good and took me to a garage that I was happy with, not just the nearest one Thank you 🙏 😊👍”

“Very quick and easy to book and quick to respond and rang to say that they would be late. Charged battery and blew up the tyre. Friendly chap and helpful. If I was being super critical he could have changed the tyre. But excellent service”

“I can’t access the portal as it tells me my account hasn’t been set up correctly. Please fix this ASAP. All that aside the person I spoke to on the phone “Brad” was very good, offered all the help I needed and sorted out my breakdown very fast. Most impressive and made me me feel comfortable and confident in my breakdown recovery options. A seriously good advert for One Call”

“Very efficient service although having to go to the website to give a report when my phone was low on charge, I found frustrating. However, I was impressed with the speed of the help I received and Kieran who rescued me was very pleasant, friendly and professional.”

“The one call system involved one call but then I had to go to the website and enter all the info I had already told the operator again. This was a bit annoying. But, the man from Hinton rescue who came was brilliant. Polite, helpful, cheerful, quick, thorough. Thanks ++ to Hinton rescue for getting me home”

“Very easy to arrange a visit . Flat battery resolved with jump start. Man whose name I dontvrecall ,I don't think he yold me. Couldn't diagnose shy battery had died. I had to ring my car dealer for advice. Was advise to run c the c ar for half an hour. Tried it later it started. Hope it starts in tgd morning. Quick service ,very happy with that.”

“The process of reporting a windscreen problem , and getting the car booked in went fairly well, although three attempts were needed to get the booking sorted, call being dropped twice. The personal process was excellent, all phone conversations dealt with quickly and professionally.”
