“Richard, the recovery driver, was absolutely fantastic and very reassuring. Only problem was getting to the point of getting breakdown cover seemed a faff, until a lovely team sorted it for me. Many thanks to all concerned.”

“A bit of trouble with App, ended up calling and was redirected to App! Anyway after a bit of time had recovery organised. Recovery vehicle and driver really efficient, helpful and friendly. He took my vehicle to garage without any hassle.”

“The breakdown recovery guy, Marc turned up within about 20 minutes, even though the ETA was 2 hours. Started the car no problem (issue with the battery). Two small complaints, the number took me to a Claims Line so wasn't certain it was the right number for recovery - no option to select that when the call was answered and then we had to report the breakdown online, which wasn't very easy on the phone when it was getting dark.”

“Had trouble booking breakdown call online, called instead. TP3 Very helpful and understanding. Prompt with call out, which arrived earlier than expected. Problem resolved. Very happy!!”
