Assistance arrived within a couple of hours and was very friendly and efficient although not a mechanic. Back on the road within half an hour of arrival

Quick recovery and very jolly mechanic! Only reason why it wasn’t a 5: couldn’t manage through portal due to ‘error’ and phone automated call was to long full of terms and conditions.

I broke down about 12.10 Managed to report it to One Call by12.50 got a message 13.17, Call back from contractor at 13.32 who arrived at 14.20. (within 5 mins of when he said he would) We were loaded up and on our way by 14.50 arrived home 16.00 and were unloaded by 16.30 Very happy with the service. Thank you very much much

Four stars only because the phone call system took ages and for me wasn't very clear. Got a text with the time estimate, and although I didn't receive one to say the recovery was on its way, he was bang on time, and that's more important! Had come from Crewkerne to Bridport.

The agent was very helpful until the call dropped, he called back, call dropped again. I called back, got a different agent. He apologised stating they were having system issues. I waited just under an hour for rescue to arrive, can’t complain.

Once I initially got through response was quick and simple. The initial subcontractor they were going to use was going to take four hours so I rang they cancelled that job and I had somebody with me within 30 minutes.

Well initially I wasn't happy ! Found it frustrating to have to report a breakdown on the portal rather than speak to an agent. That said, despite the frustrations of the process, GN3 was patient and respectful. She tried to advise and offer objective self help

They phoned with a time. They were given the wrong address but phoned us and problem soon sorted. They completed the job and friendly.

The guy turned up on good time. But not happy try to get through to report breakdown. Would have liked to speak to someone trying to do it online is too stressful for a older person sitting in a car

Notifying of breakdown was easy. The guy was quite a bit longer than I was originally told but I was kept in the loop. Once help arrived problem was sorted in a few minutes. Overall a good experience.

Today, one call rescue were lovely, professional, calm & very reassuring. From the 2 advisors I spoke to on the phone (when I was very stressed!) to the lovely driver of the rescue vehicle who made a very stressful situation so much better. Thank you all so much . My only criticism (that stopped me giving 5 stars) was the fact that after my initial call, where I explained that I was 69, female, on my own in a vehicle that could not move, in an unsafe position on a bend on a country road with double white lines, with traffic building up, I was told to report details through your portal, details of which would be sent by text. Unfortunately my 'not so smart' phone identified the text as Spam & would not let me open the link. Fortunately I was able to eventually contact my son who towed me to a safe spot & took charge of the situation. Whilst I appreciate that portals have their place, & no doubt help to eep costs down - but in a potentially dangerous situation... really? But all is well that ends well & my car is now at the garage & I am at home, so thank you for coming to my rescue.

LC1 was really helpful, the score of 4 stars does not reflect on service. It was the first time I had used this service and guess the reporting system had changed, as I had to register to login in, I only had a contact telephonenumber. All a bit much when you've broken down just before a motorway roundabout, but we got there.

Was impressed with the prompt action taken. Breakdown was with me in under an hour . They replaced my battery for me and was back on the road in 2 hours

The driver was great, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The app sent the driver wrong pick up address though, so there was some delay
