“Great Service - just wished was quicker. It took 4 hours in total to get to me. My Dad died the same day my car broke down and i couldnt get to him in time as i was waiting for the recivery truck.”

“Initial call was rather long winded - then referred to logging in. As my wife was out alone this became long winded when a simple phone call would have been far better. Once recovery vehicle arrived the driver was very helpful and good service.”

“Excellent service from the mechanic. Arrived in the eta of two hours stated. Initial problems with the link sent by the call centre to log the problem. Had to call again to get the problem logged manually”

“Initial call was fine. The link sent to my phone didn’t work. I answered all the questions but once submitted an error was detected so i had to phone back. This time the operator, LP5, went through the questions over the phone and started the ball rolling. However, the times kept changing; 13:07 to 14:00 to by 15:00. I sat in my car for almost 4 hours but when CFMotoring arrived they were very efficient and my tyre was changed within 20 minutes. Unfortunately, 3 CFMotoring employees had been deployed; first from Sunderland, second from a town 9 miles away and the third and final from a town 5 miles away. I was updated on these changes but it was frustrating as each one changed the timings so something to be aware of. Having said all that I am glad I added this module to my insurance and after the initial head spinning as to who to call, all went well if a little too long.”

“I had a tyre burst on a motorway yesterday. I reported it and eventually received a text giving a time to expect the breakdown vehicle to arrive. It came half an hour after that time. I waited 2½ hours in total. It was Curtis from Westbourne Motors that helped me. He was very professional and did a great job. He followed on behind me as I could only drive at 55mph on the spare wheel. Really appreciated him coming to my rescue! Thank you. The four stars are because I wish I had been sent the tracking for the recovery vehicle sooner instead of just wondering how far away it was.”

“Overall customer service was very helpful and the Breakdown service arrival was quicker than expected. But do we really need to listen to the recording’s when you have had a breakdown in freezing temperatures.Give us a human being to assist us .”

“Lovely guy, Tony, from Automania, took me to a tyre shop. It took him 4 hours in heavy traffic, because of severe rain. Tyre shop, Whitton Tyres, fixed a new tyre for my car in 15 minutes. I didn’t have to wait at all.”
