Recovery guy came within hour and half
It was a flat battery
So got it going and advised to go straight to garage to get a new one
Which I did
Very pleased with that part of it
My only gripe would be having to log in to your portal after the initial phone call
I was in a car park and struggled with getting Wi-Fi
Did it eventually but would have been better if the person taking the call could have done it for me
