Call centre assistant was polite and professional. Importantly, she was efficient (dealing with my breakdown query in less than 10 minutes). She was also clear in her communication: giving me a simple explanation of what happens next, and what time to expect support to arrive at the roadside. Ver impressed. Thank you.
