Prompt and helpful response when I called - immediately determined my problem was covered by my level of breakdown cover and advised he would text me within 5 minutes of when to expect assistance. And he did - and assistance arrived within the 40 minute time slot. And the assistance guy first called to clarify the problem, and to see if it could be sorted on the phone.
A good effort from all concerned.
