The person I spoke was absolutely brilliant she stayed with me on the phone kept me calm, she was very reassuring, friendly and we chatted about allsorts of subjects she asked me if I needed anything or to call anyone which I thought was wonderful. The breakdown technician was very efficient he was at my vehicle within 1/2hr of my initial call. He realised I was freezing being stuck on a car park, the technician was very supportive and helpful he advised me of the problem. We had a good conversation he was good to get on with and excellent at his job i would recommend him to anyone. 100% satisfaction Thank you.
