I'd just finished a thirteen hour shift and found I had a flat tyre and no spare.
I called One Call and a lovely , very helpful young lady took care of me. Luckily, for me, as I am a NHS worker my basic cover was upgraded to Gold. Within 30 minutes from making the call, both my car and I were recovered and I was taken home by a lovely young man who put me at my ease.
