The whole episode was courteous. The saddest thing was the rescue team omitted to call me, explaining his delay. After 3 hours of waiting, yet being told it would be approximately 90 mins. until the rescue team came, I had to call back to One Call to find out what was happening. All was resolved when he did arrive - 10 mins in total. Very courteous and helpful.
