Brilliant service. It was minutes waiting for them to pick up which was good as I didn’t have much battery left on the phone. The lady was helpful and very professional. I had to pay a small charge as I only had the basic cover but my could would not go through so I was able to do it later. The breakdown was local so only ten mins away. He was professional and within ten mins he had my car on the back of the wagon and I was home within twenty minutes. With One Call using local breakdown I did not have to wait.
