The recovery company arrived within the time predicted, the engineer was polite, friendly and reassuring. He undertook temporary repairs which allowed me to drive the car.
I was less happy with being directed to a website by the call centre to log the repair as my phone battery was dying and I had to phone again to ask them to log the repair rather than use the website.
