I had parked waiting to collect my husband from hospital(after he'd had very major surgery) when my battery failed. I was already distressed without the extra difficulty. The recovery vehicle arrived within an hour and during that time the young lady at the control centre called me twice to check that I was all right. This is real 5 star service Thank you One Call
