When I managed to speak to a person on the phone everything fell together and I got good service..
As for ONE CALLS phone number being out of service and having to speak through text and go through a portal that does not work, I am very disappointed.
It took me nearly an hour to eventually talk to someone. That's why I given a generous 3 stars..
