Very efficient and helpful operators; recovery team arrived well ahead of schedule and resolved the issue, with good related advice. Do be clear on what is and isn't included when taking up the policy (on basic cover I was charged £20 for the callout, plus a £35 excess), but the operators were very clear about this on the call so there were no hidden surprises.
