Initial contact made with a phone call which initiated a text message
being received which then required a Web based series of questions. A call was then received and only at that point was the recovery service dispatched. This all took 25 minutes.
It all worked with no problem but rather long winded.
Cannot fault GRS recovery who transported us home.
