App on phone very difficult to use.
3 stage process stage 1&2 fine but no ‘continue’ button on stage 3.
Had to phone 3 times before someone st call centre logged the call with a garage.
After that, service 5*, told call out is averaging 60 to 90 mins but within 30 seconds phone call from garage and 5 minutes later they had arrived.
5 minutes after that in the road again with advice on shat was likely root cause.
Brilliant,
Sort the app out and definitely a 5*.
