The call handler for onecall breakdown service needs more training in customer service and how he speaks to people. It’s my second bad experience with onecall breakdown service I pay extra with my car insurance for what they call the gold package believe me it’s far from gold service you get 😡 I’ve now cancelled this service and gone elsewhere!
