frustration on return from a holiday abroad to find te car battery had died over a week in a car park. negative was after speaking to someone had to then go online to fill in information of where we were etc, and again at having to phone back to one call rescue at the postcode did not come up with the car park facitilty we were parked. This caused problems for the rescue team as the truck they sent could not come into the multistory car park, so i had to go down to meet the mecahnic and then we went up. thankfully, was a flat battery and nothing more serious so car was started shortly after his arrival. otherwise smooth and friendly service.
