The one call system involved one call but then I had to go to the website and enter all the info I had already told the operator again. This was a bit annoying.
But, the man from Hinton rescue who came was brilliant. Polite, helpful, cheerful, quick, thorough. Thanks ++ to Hinton rescue for getting me home
