The call handler was very efficient, polite and informative. She went the extra mile by calling me back to give me an update in my second recovery vehicle (first one could only do 60 mile radius). It was useful to receive a text giving an appropriate arrival time of the recovery, and extremely useful to be sent a link to track them so you knew they weren’t far away. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, thank you.
