Very grateful for the recovery by BRITALIA done at Hinchley Wood on 27th August 2022 . Didnt get chap’s name but he was courteous, helpful and professional. He arrived quickly , only 45 minutes after I reported the breakdown. One call operator was also effecient and as mentioned theres the useful app where you can see the travel progress of the recovery vehicle coming to get you .
