It's hard to access internet on side of road so called breakdown number...only to be sent link to website
Was sent a text with a pickup time..this passed so called breakdown again.I had to call pickup company as they had not informed me of delay...ended up with pickup over an hour after ETA..plus pickup company was not the local one about 10 mins from me
