Someone arrived within the stated time i was given when i made the initial call. He was friendly and polite and explained what the issue was and what he was going to do. He advised me to go to Halfords which was open and to get a new battery fitted, after contacting them to check if they had the relevant one in stock.
He stressed that nobody would return from One Call Rescue to the ongoing situation. He was very helpful with giving the necessary information.
