Very helpful on phone call, though had to call back because my phone would not open text thingy that pinged. When I called back and explained, very helpful again. Told I could expect up to a 2-hour wait which is fair enough, however, breakdown man arrived within 20 mins/half-hour. Sorted. Thank you.
