I had a tyre puncture and needed a tow to my nearest tyre garage. The lady at One Call asked me to phone the garage first to check the tyre for my model was in stock and then phone back to request the tow. The phone was answered promptly both times I called and the lady was very courteous and helpful. Mike the tow truck man arrived within the time frame of one and half hours and took me swiftly to the garage along with my two dogs! It was a very smooth process and took away my anxiety. Many thanks!!
