I can’t access the portal as it tells me my account hasn’t been set up correctly. Please fix this ASAP.
All that aside the person I spoke to on the phone “Brad” was very good, offered all the help I needed and sorted out my breakdown very fast. Most impressive and made me me feel comfortable and confident in my breakdown recovery options. A seriously good advert for One Call
