The service centre were helpful but I was told that a recovery truck would be with me within 60 to 90 mins, it actually took 4.5 hours. You need to try and be more realistic with the estimated arrival times and not set unrealistic expectations, there is surely a way to make a better estimate. Once the recovery truck arrived I have to say the service was very good and a very friendly and helpful driver.
