My insurance company sent this recovery team to have my car transported to bodyshop, they have very good system as you can track the driver's location and you got an ETA so you wont be stuck at home all day wondering when the truck is coming.
The driver was very polite and took very good care loading my car on to truck and then informed me which bodyshop it was heading to.
Overall the experience was very good.
