extremely happy, because it is easy to get in touch with a living breathing person. Service is swift and resolves issue, ie approach is solution focused.
What was also nice, was that Chris arrived, and actually managed to jumpstart my car, so I could drive it to the chosen garage. Chris was also so kind as to escort me on the way in case I encountered any problems. Ever so grateful.
