I was very impressed at how easy and quick, from start to finish the whole thing was, we had someone with us within an hour of reporting that we needed some help.
The guy who rescued myself and my little girl was very friendly and made a horrible situation that little bit better...I didn't catch his name but nothing was too much trouble!!
Genuinely happy with the service that we received.
